I am a PhD candidate in Finance at the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). My research focuses on textual analysis, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, climate finance, and international finance.

I am also passionate about teaching, creating an engaging learning environment, and helping students connect theory with real-world applications. I have instructed multiple courses including Financial Institutions and Markets, Introduction to Finance, and Business Statistics at UTRGV.

While still pursuing my PhD, I was invited by California State University - San Marcos to teach Financial Institutions and Markets for the Fall 2025 semester (two sessions) as a primary instructor—an opportunity that broadened my teaching experience and helped me guide students in transforming theoretical knowledge into practical insights for career success.
